Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for items that are lost or damaged in transit, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to report any issues.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with all original packaging and seals intact. You'll need to provide proof of purchase.

Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if the item arrived damaged or if you suspect it was lost in transit, so we can evaluate and arrange for an exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfume products
- Products with broken seals
- Gift cards or sale items
- Any products not in their original condition
Exchange Limitations
We can only exchange items for the same product if it was lost or damaged during shipping. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
All approved exchanges will be for the same item only - we cannot exchange for different products or issue store credit.
European Union Customers
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, as we sell perishable luxury goods, this right is waived once the product seal is broken.
Processing Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your exchange. Approved exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
